After you place an order, QC department of Icarsoft will check all the products to ensure that they can work rightly and reduce the risk that our customers receive malfunction products. It also confirms the type and quantity according to your order.

Shipping:

As soon as the QC department confirms quality checking is well finished, our shipping department will prepare the delivery according to your order. If you have any special requirement for the packaging, please make sure to confirm with our sales when placing order. Our sales will make a record about your requirements and the shipping department will pack products exactly according to your requirements. For example,when it's during winter period in your country and you need to pack your goods with more bubble over the outside carton or you need shake proof, you can tell the sales when placing order.
